The Guest Relations Teammate is a direct representation of FX and provides the guests first and last impression of FX Studios. The Teammate is to create an exceptional experience for every guest and be sure FX is presented at its finest (clean, updated, professional, etc.). We require our team to follow our choreography and protocols to ensure consistency for the guest’s experience.

The Guest Relations Teammate is responsible for working closely with the Guest Relations Manager by supporting the day to day activities and needs of our guests. All team members must model the FX brand by showing passion, creativity, and quality and more importantly abide by all Policies & Procedures (see Handbook), Protocols and efficiently complete all tasks assigned while achieving goals of the team. The Teammate works closely with the guests, Service Providers and Guest Relations Manager to ensure communication, consistency, teamwork and ultimately exceed our guest’s expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform the job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required in all areas of the facility (Command Center, Reservations, Retail, Café, Salon, and Spa).   • Maintain a friendly upbeat mood

  • Must demonstrate professionalism with guest & employee interactions, appearance as an FX professional as well as your attitude at all times

  • Punctual, reliable & take initiative to complete tasks and protocol accurately and thoroughly consistently

  • Accurately maneuver and schedule guests through appointment book

  • Accurately confirm all guest appointments via email, phone, etc.

  • Checking-in and checking-out procedures

  • Properly ringing out retail products in POS system

  • Promote awareness of all FX services through upselling and service knowledge

  • Obtaining daily and monthly goals

  • Upsells

  • Promotional Services/Products

  • Provide tours to new guests

  • General knowledge of retail products

  • Operate telephone while displaying proper etiquette per FX Studios’ protocol and procedure

  • Assist with hosting duties and cleanliness of the facility

  • Provide an exceptional experience to all of our guests

Experience:

  • Preferred with Millennium or Meevo Software but not required

  • Preferred Customer Service or selling experience (retail, hospitality, customer service, etc.) but not required
